Prescription Procedures
Welcome to Women's International Pharmacy. Please take a few moments
to read our procedures so that you may fully understand the services offered by our Pharmacy.
PHARMACY HOURS:
8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (CST/MST*); Monday through Friday
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon (CST/MST*); Saturday
* Please note that during the months of daylight saving
time, March - November, the Arizona
Pharmacy hours coincide with Pacific Standard Time, rather than Mountain Standard Time.

NEW PRESCRIPTIONS
Your licensed practitioner may phone in your new prescription order(s) by speaking directly to a pharmacist
or leaving the prescription order on our 24-hour voicemail line.
A new prescription order may be mailed to Women's International Pharmacy. When mailing in a prescription order,
please provide the following information - please print clearly.

REFILL PRESCRIPTIONS
After receiving your initial prescription, we recommend that you reorder your prescription at least seven (7) days
prior to needing your medication. Doing this may prevent an unnecessary lapse in your therapy.
You may reorder your prescription by using any one of the methods shown below. All orders will require payment at
the time of order.
- AUTOMATIC MAIL SERVICE: Refills may be automatically shipped.
- AUTOMATED PRESCRIPTION REFILL LINE: 800-279-5708; press option 2, then
press option 2.
- ON-LINE REFILLS order refills on our secured website:
www.womensinternational.com.
- REFILL ORDER FORM located at the bottom of the
Invoice. Payment is required at the time of order.
- CALL US FOR REFILLS: 800-279-5708; press option 2, then press option 4, to speak to a Technician.

SHIPPING
When orders are received, we make every effort to process them within 24 hours. Orders are then shipped by USPS
Priority Mail®, with Delivery Confirmation™. If you provide us with your email
address, an electronic notification will be sent at the time of shipping.
According to the US Postal Service®, delivery should be within 2-3 days.
If you require a faster delivery method, we offer other expedited services, such as FedEx®, UPS®, and USPS
Express Mail®. If expedited services are desired, please make that request when
you place your order.

PAYMENT
Payment is required at the time of order.
Payments can be made in several convenient ways:
- Call 1-800-279-5708; press option 4 for our Billing Department to pay by VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
At your request, we can keep your credit card on file for future payment(s).

INSURANCE
A Prescription Information Sheet with a pharmacist signature is included with each prescription and can be used to file claims
with your insurance company and/or for tax purposes. If you are eligible for reimbursements, you will be paid directly from your insurance company.

your insurance. Please note you are required to pay in full at the time of the order.
